Kylee Miller is an American Emmy Award-winning Meteorologist working at WWJ – CBS Detroit in Michigan as a weekday evening meteorologist. She has been working at the station since November 2021.

Miller is a 2016 graduate of Central Michigan University, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology, and a minor in Mathematics, as well as a focus on broadcasting. Before joining WWJ-TV, she served as the Morning Meteorologist at Fox Carolina from October 2020 to November 2021. Prior to this, she held positions such as Meteorologist at WNEM TV 5 from November 2017 to October 2020 and Freelance Meteorologist at WWJ | CBS Detroit from May 2017 to October 2020.
Before that, Miller worked as a Full-time Meteorologist at WeatherNation from April 2016 to April 2017, based in Denver, Colorado. There she also served as a Caribbean and National weather forecaster. Her experience also includes serving as a Part-time Meteorologist at NBC25 FOX66 CW46 – Sinclair Broadcast Group from September 2015 to May 2016 in Flint, Michigan, and as a Freelance Meteorologist at both WILX-TV in Lansing, Michigan, from July 2015 to December 2015, and WLNS-TV, also in Lansing, from December 2014 to January 2015. Throughout her career, she has got to cover all kinds of weather stories.
Miller earned titles as a Certified Digital Meteorologist and a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist from the AMS – American Meteorological Society. The Regional Southeast Emmy Chapter has also honored her with an Emmy Award for her coverage of ‘Tornado Aftermath’. Additionally, Miller got an Emmy nomination for her coverage of ‘Deadly Flooding Aftermath’ in the Carolinas. through Midwest Communications, INC, the Michigan Association of Broadcasters has honored Miller with a broadcasting scholarship.
Apart from her TV work, Miller also teaches meteorology classes at Eastern Michigan University. She has also been invited to her alma mater: Eastern Michigan University and Central Michigan University, to talk about their weather programs and courses.
