Tamera Darvette Mowry-Housley is an American TV Personality, Host, Author, Actress, Entrepreneur, and former singer. She gained fame for appearing on the ABC/WB sitcom Sister, Sister as Tamera Campbell alongside her twin sister Tia.

From 2013 to July 2020, Tamera hosted The Real Talk Show alongside Tamar Braxton, Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai, and Loni Love. In 2020, she signed an overall deal with Crown Media. From 2020 to 2021, Tamera appeared in the American daytime talk show, Home & Family as a Lifestyle Expert, DIYs, recipes & more.
Still, in 2021, Tamera competed in The Masked Singer season 5 as “Seashell”. However, she was eliminated on the 7th week alongside Bobby Brown as “Crab”. Due to her appearance in The Masked Singer season 5, her career as a singer was revived. Tamera and her twin sister, Tia Mowry founded their project, Need Brand where they created and sold products that cater to motherhood. Some of the products include Stretchy! and Milky!, Milky is formulated with organic ingredients that boost mothers’ produce milk. Stretchy! is a stretch mark cream that assists with fading stretch marks and scars.
Tia and Tamera are the authors of their four-book series called Twintuition: Double Vision and Twintuition: Double Trouble. In 2022, she appeared in Girlfriendship taking the role of Samara. She also appeared in Inventing the Christmas Prince as Shelby as well as in Dr. Seuss’s Baking Challenge as a host. After they relocated to California, her father started working at the City of Glendale Police Department serving as a custody officer/jailer. Her mother in turn became both Tia and Tamera’s manager.
Her parents met for the first time while they were in high school in Miami, Florida. They together joined the U.S. Army and later on, got promoted to the rank of sergeant. However, her parents divorced in 2015 after they were married for 40 years.

Through an Instagram post Tia made on October 4, 2022, it was confirmed that she and Cory had separated and that their divorce was being processed. The divorce was finalized in April 2023 and the exact reasons for their divorce are not known by the public.

Tamera is the wife of Adam Housley, the owner of Housley Napa Valley which was founded in 2011. In 1969, Art Housley relocated to Napa Valley and raised his family here. One year after moving to Nepa Valley, Art Housley bought a small store in Yountville, called Cash & Carry and changed the name to Ranch Market Too! He later renovated and remodeled the store to increase its size. The store is now owned by Art’s son, Arik, and his wife Hannah Housley.
Art Housley also owned a vineyard since 1977 which is in the southern part of the Silverado Trail. As of 2024, the Housley family owns two vineyards one of them belonging to Tamera’s husband, Adam Housley.
