Rich Tettemer is an American news anchor/reporter working for WWLP - 22News in Springfield, Massachusetts. Tettemer joined WWLP in April of 1988 as sports director.

Tettemer serves at 22News as an anchor of the weekday morning and noon editions. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Broadcasting from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He previously worked as a sports editor for WFLA-TV in Florida and as a weekend sports anchor/reporter for KODE-TV in Joplin, Missouri.

During his time at 22News, he was voted Best Sportscaster by the readers of the Springfield Advocate and the Valley Advocate. From 1994 to 2006, Rich was the recipient of 13 Associated Press Awards. Since 1989, he has also been a co-host of the Children’s Miracle Network Telethon.
