Prior to joining the ABC15 news team, he worked for Cox Media Group in Greater Memphis, Tennessee. While there, he served as a Nightside Reporter for two years. He is passionate about telling stories that hold the powerful accountable, lead to change, and impact people’s lives.
During his tenure at ABC15, he spent weeks reporting on civil and political protests, highlighted police misconduct, and also exposed problems with the Arizona Department of Child Safety. His work has led to changes in a life-saving kidney for a mother, con men prosecuted, murder suspects arrested, internal investigations, and police department policy. In addition to his career job stops, Crenshaw worked at WSBT2 as a Multi-Media Journalist for two years.
As for his education, Crenshaw is a proud graduate of DePauw University. He joined the school in 2010 to further his education. After completing his studies there, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 2014.
