Sapienza serves as the weekend sports anchor and a weekday reporter. Vince relocated to Las Vegas after four years in Tri-Cities, Washington. Starting out covering news and sports, Vince was quickly promoted to sports director at KEPR-TV, and not long after that he was voted Tri-Cities “People’s Choice for Best Sportscaster” in 2015 and 2016, as well as received recognition from the Society of Professional Journalists.
Before working at KEPR-TV, Sapienza worked at KLST News where he served as a Weekend Anchor/Reporter where he put together local stories from the Concho Valley. On the weekend he was the sole news anchor for KLST News. He worked there for only 5 months. Before that, Sapienza was an intern at Fox Sports Radio.
Sapienza is a West Coast native and is a proud graduate of Chapman University in Orange, California. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in TV/Broadcast Journalism. During his free time, he loves being with family, finding a good place to eat, telling stories, and covering sports.
