Hyde happens to be among the cast members of Love Island Season 10 which premiered on ITV. In addition to his appearance on the show, he is also a semi-professional football player. Hyde plays central midfield for Lewes FC.
He joined the team after leaving Dartford FC back in the year 2022. He stated that one thing he would his fellow islanders to know about him is that he is deaf in his right ear and that he has a tattoo next to his left one which symbolizes strength and power in his good one.
Asides from this, a surprising fact about him is that many people may not know that he is best friends with season 7 Islander Toby Aromolaran who made it to the final with Chloe Burrows. He stated that he was raised with Toby and was in the same class at school. However, it remains unseen whether or not Toby has imparted any Love Island wisdom to him.
Hyde stated that he joins Love Island because he has been single about his whole life and has commitment issues and he is not afraid to say them. In addition to this, he stated that he is vulnerable putting himself out there and is therefore looking for his first and last girlfriend on the show.
It is believed that he is going to be full of charisma and admits that he will be bringing vibes, good energy, honesty, and confidence. The show consists of a group of contestants known as Islanders who live in a villa in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Mallorca. These groups are cut off from the outside world and are constantly supervised.
During the first day on the show, he was coupled with Ella Thomas by the public. Later on, on the 5th day, Ella chose to re-couple with him. During the second week of the show, on the 8th day, new girls Charlotte and Leah both picked him for a date. On the 9th day, he chose to couple with Tyrique.
In order for them to survive, they must form relationships with their fellow islander. At first, they pair up according to their first impressions which later changes as they are forced to repair at special ceremonies where they choose to remain with their current partner or switch partners.
In their time at the villa, they must share a bed and are authorized to talk with their fellow islanders at any time. However, despite being cut off from the outside world, each Islander has a phone which they use to contact other Islanders through texting.
Asides from this, they receive messages that brief them on the most recent challenges, re-couplings, and dumplings. Alcohol consumption and communications with the outside world are, however, restricted. Asides from this, they play numerous games and challenges which test their mental and physical abilities.
In the show, the winners receive special prizes which include a special date or a night at the Hideaway. The Islanders are eligible for elimination and dumped for various reasons such as public voting via the Love Island mobile app and the incomplete single after a re-coupling.
In the finale of the show, an envelope ceremony occurs where the couple who had the highest number of notes from the public attain two envelopes, one for each partner. One of the envelopes has about $100,000 while the other has nothing. The one who has the money can choose to share the money with their respective partner. In the show, he features alongside;

Hyde was born and raised in the United States to his loving and caring parents, Micah Hyde, his father. Micah is a former football prowess and Tyrique inherited his passion and love for the game from him. At the moment, he is a coach for ex-Premiere League football player, having played for Watford FC, and making more than 250 league appearances for the club between 1997 and 2004.
After this, he went on to play in the Premier League during the 1999 and 2000 seasons for Watford and after this, went on to join Burnley and Peterborough United in later years. Asides from this, she played internationally for Jamaica making about 17 appearances for the country between the years 2001 and 2004.
