In 2014 and 2015, Verducci, Joe Buck, and Harold Reynolds served as play-by-play announcers in the broadcast booth for FOX Sports. Prior to working at Sports Illustrated, Verducci worked at Newsday where he served as a baseball writer and national baseball columnist for about 10 years. Moreover, he also spent some time working at Florida Today where he served as a sports reporter.
