Theodore serves as the Weekend Meteorologist at NBC4. Prior to joining NBC4, she worked at The University of Maryland where she served as an adjunct Professor from August 2019 to December 2019. From May 2015 to October 2016, she worked at WEWS Newschannel5 where she served as the Goodmorning Cleveland meteorologist.

Theodore had previously spent about 2 years and 1 month working at WJCL|ABC based in Savannah, Georgia where she served as the weekend meteorologist. She had previously spent about 3 months as an intern at The Weather Channel, WGCL|CBS46, and WUSA-TV. From June 2011 to August 2011, she worked at NASA where she served as a micrometeorology research assistant in Beltsville, Maryland.

Theodore went to Penn State University where she attained her Bachelor’s degree in meteorology with a major in Meteorology and minors in Energy Business and Finance as well as Mandarin Chinese. She has also received several honors and awards including an EMMY for her morning weathercast of a fatal plane crash in Akron. whenever she is not busy, she enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
