Ron Rosseau is an American anchor who is currently working at KTAB. He serves as the weekday morning anchor and during weekends he anchors the 6 p.m and 10 p.m newscast. Yakima, Washington is his native home. Later in 1981, he relocated to Abilene to attend Abilene Christian University where he graduated proudly. In addition, he began working at KTAB TV in April 1981.
He did not work for long at KTAB before hr left to pursue a number of other careers such as marketing work for Internet service in Abilene and working for U.S. Congressman Charles Stenholm. In addition, he has been working for over thirty years in both television and radio.
While serving as a journalist, he has covered events such as the arrival of the first B-1 at Dyess Air Force Base and the 1981, Columbus Day flood.
During his leisure time, he enjoys playing racquetball and leading his Sunday School class He made his first television appearance on Uncle Jimmy’s Clubhouse in Yakima, Washington in 1963. His most favorite story covered by his was about Snakeman Jim, a man who crawled under homes to retrieve rattlesnakes.
