Robin Baumgarten is an American three-time Emmy Award journalist working for WGN Morning News as a co-anchor from 6-10 am. She joined the network as a transportation reporter and airborne traffic reporter back in 1996. Baumgarten worked at Shadow Broadcast Services in Chicago before she joined WGN-TV.

Not only has she worked with WGN, but she also worked with other networks like WLUP Radio’s Jonathon Brandmeier Show whereby she was a traffic, news, and sports reporter. Baumgarten has also spent one year doing freelance work with ABC Sports and traffic reporter for CLTV News.
