Rhonda was instrumental in the launch of the award-winning Give and Get Fit program in 2011, which promotes healthier lifestyles among RWF teens and families while also raising community consciousness about health, wellness, and nutrition. In the spring of 2019, the foundation opened its after-school RWF Academy at five partner middle schools.
