In addition, he served at WHSV, the ABC affiliate in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia for two and a half years as a reporter. He enjoys visual storytelling, he not only reports stories but also shoots and edits videos himself and brings them to life. Furthermore, Townsend is a big fan of sports, particularly tennis, and volleyball and he is an active triathlete.
