This was after Marianne refused Newt’s demands for their marriage to be an open marriage. In 2000, the two ended up divorcing after Newt cheated again on Marianne with his current wife, Callista Bisek. It was also rumored that Newt was cheating on Marianne with different women for a long time before settling with Callista Bisek.
