Taylor had previously worked as a sports broadcaster on television, but her dream job has always been to host a lifestyle program, so she is overjoyed. Taylor is a proud alumnus of Bowling Green State University, where she earned a B.S. in Broadcasting. She worked for FOX Sports for nearly 10 years anchoring, reporting, and hosting sports. Taylor spent 6 of those years in Atlanta, where she covered the NHL for FOX Sports South/SportSouth and NASCAR, and collegiate sports, mainly the SEC.
She has also been on regional networks such as Comcast Sports Southeast, FOX Sports Midwest, and FOX Sports Florida, as well as national networks such as SPEED, HDNet, ESPN, Versus, and the most recent, Tampa Bay-based HSN.
Taylor returned to Ohio to work as a reporter and anchor for the FOX and ABC affiliates in Columbus in 2010 and stayed there for 2 years. As a personality for “Good Day Columbus,” she also got a taste of morning television.
Hosting magazine presentations for various teams was always her favorite duty, even though she spent most of her time on the sidelines, on collegiate campuses, at the rink, or at the track. Later on, she went on to work for FOX Sports Ohio, covering the Columbus Blue Jackets for NHL.
