In November 2008, she was appointed to her role as the network’s Senior Foreign Affairs Correspondent. She has also spent some time working as the moderator of the Vice-Presidential debate that took place on October 11, 2012. The debate was between Joe Biden and Paul Ryan at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. In 2016, she also served as a moderator for the second presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump at Washington University in St. Louis.
