Marin is the CEO and founder of Disrupt PR, an award-winning full-service Public Relations Agency based in Austin, Texas. As a former National on-air TV reporter, Richardson is now translating her boots-on-the-ground journalism experience to big wins in PR, landing clients in outlets like The Today Show, NY Times, US News & World Report, and CNN just to mention a few.
Prior to founding Disrupt PR, she previously worked for FOX7 where she served as an anchor and reported for evening newscasts on FOX 7 Austin News. She joined FOX 7 Austin in October of 2020 and left the station in December 2021.
Austin previously worked as a national correspondent for CBS Newspath, as a reporter for NBC Los Angeles, and as a reporter/MMJ for FOX40 Sacramento. She has received several national awards for her investigative and enterprise reporting. Marin’s career work has resulted in changes in corporate policy, city code, and a federal investigation as a graduate of USC Annenberg and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
