Gliha serves as an investigative reporter at FOX31 and previously worked as an investigative correspondent for Rocky Mountain PBS, where she reported on vulnerable adult abuse and neglect, infant opioid withdrawal, crimes associated with black market marijuana, and the data behind school shootings.
Lori Jane received a national Emmy nomination for her 30-minute investigation into child sex trafficking in Colorado. The report was honored with a national Gracie Award. Her reporting has also appeared on 9News, CPR, NPR, and PBS NewsHour.
Lori Jane has received regional Emmys for best investigative reporter from the Heartland chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and Best Specialty Reporter from the Colorado Broadcasters Association since moving to Colorado.
Lori worked as a national correspondent for Al Jazeera America’s flagship news magazine show, America Tonight, based in Washington, DC, prior to joining Rocky Mountain PBS. During her time at AJAM, she covered the Flint water crisis, the unrest in Ferguson, MO, the influx of Central American migrants at the border, marijuana laws in Jamaica, and the victims of downed flight MH-17 in the Netherlands.
Lori Jane has also worked for NBC, CBS, and ABC affiliates in Michigan and Arizona. Gliha graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She was named the Outstanding Broadcast Journalism Undergraduate Summa cum Laude. She studied Spanish as a minor.
