Lisa Meadows is an American Emmy Award Winning Meteorologist working for WCCO. She joined the station in June 2018 as a Weekend meteorologist and reporter. Previously she worked at WCIA-TV as a meteorologist.

She served as a Weekend Meteorologist and Reporter in Sacramento, in West Texas at KLBK(Nexstar Broadcasting Group) as a Meteorologist, and in central Illinois.Her passion for weather began at a young age and the weather always fascinated her.
She grew up watching Midwest thunderstorms in northwest Indiana, her hometown. Meadows holds an NWA Seal of Approval from the National Weather Association. In addition to that, she has the American Meteorological Society Certified Broadcast Meteorologist designation and is a Certified K9 Search & Rescue Handler.
Meadows is an active member of the Valparaiso University Storm Intercept Team (VUSIT). Furthermore, she was the President of the Northwest Indiana American Meteorological Society/National Weather Association, and the founding Chief Meteorologist for their college TV station VUTV.
