Ratcliff went to NCW and graduated with a BA in Communication Studies in 1988. Shortly before graduation, she accepted a position as a tape editor and assistant producer at WWAY. She on the other hand likes helping the March of Dimes with research to help premature babies. Additionally, Kim has been in board positions with the Cape Fear Meditation Center, March of Dimes, and YWCA. Outside work, you will find her with her family and friends, or reading, and running.
