After stepping on the scale and seeing that things were getting worse, Kevin James decided to resume his weight loss adventure. In the following months, he was able to lose nearly 40 pounds as a result of this decision. James began working out, and it wasn’t the easy, relaxing activity you might expect. He was determined to lose weight despite his hectic schedule, and nothing could stop him, even when he was traveling. His hour-plus workouts consisted of sprinting up and down hotel stairs or racing around a town he was passing through, with the intensity pushed up a notch when he was in the gym. James did a “consistent diet” of medicine ball pushups and situps, as well as numerous 1-hour boxing workouts.
