Cuoco founded Yes, Norman Productions in October 2017, a television production company that signed an exclusive multi-year first-look production deal with Warner Bros. Television. Cuoco’s first project, Yes, Norman, was an adaptation of author Chris Bohjalian’s book The Flight Attendant, which was developed into a comedy-drama series of the same name.
Cuoco played Cassie Bowden in the series and also served as an executive producer.  The Flight Attendant premiered to widespread critical acclaim on WarnerMedia’s streaming platform HBO Max on November 26, 2020, and was renewed for a second season on December 18, 2020.
Cuoco was announced in August 2019 as the executive producer of the upcoming CBS comedy Pretty, which is written and executive produced by Lindsey Kraft and Santina Muha. Cuoco will appear as the female lead in the upcoming action comedy film The Man from Toronto, alongside Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson, in April 2020.

She played Billie Jenkins, a powerful young witch with telekinesis and projection powers, in the eighth season of the television series Charmed. According to executive producer Brad Kern, Cuoco’s character was originally brought in as a possible spin-off. Billie possesses Telekinesis and Projection, in addition to the basic witch powers of spell casting, potion making, and scrying. She is also half of the duo “Ultimate Power.” Her maternal grandmother, according to her mortal parents, gave her powers.
Billie Jenkins was born in 1986 to Carl and Helen Jenkins. She had a good relationship with her older sister, Christy, when she was a kid. However, when Billie was five years old, she witnessed her sister being brutally kidnapped by someone who was later revealed to be a demon named Reinhardt. Her parents never mentioned Christy or the incident again after that, believing that it was in Billie’s best interests.
Billie’s mother informed her that she and her sister inherited magical abilities from their grandmother. As a result, the Triad hired Reinhardt to kidnap Christy, knowing that the sisters would eventually grow to be powerful witches with a bond through magic and blood similar to the Charmed Ones and set the stage for the two sets of sister witches to face off.

Cuoco was announced as the voice of Harley Quinn in the DC Universe adult animation series Harley Quinn, as well as the executive producer, in October 2018. Cuoco made her feature film debut as Karin Carter, a young woman, in the 1995 action thriller Virtuosity. She starred in the CBS sitcom Ladies Man from 2000 to 2001, and in 2000 she portrayed former The Brady Bunch star Maureen McCormick in the TV film Growing Up Brady, as well as the Disney Channel original film Alley Cats Strike. Penny initially moves into the apartment building after splitting with Kurt, her boyfriend of four years, and accusing him of cheating on her. Her apartment’s shower was broken at the time, so the boys offered her theirs. Penny’s apartment is sloppy and disorganized, but she seems to enjoy it that way.
Penny was writing a screenplay about a girl from Lincoln, Nebraska who travels to Los Angeles at the age of 18 to become an actress but ends up working at The Cheesecake Factory instead when she first met the guys in the Pilot.
