The local leaders of Judaism viewed their arrival in Wayne with suspicion. The YM-YWHA of North Jersey held a counter-missionary event with a member of Jews for Judaism after their arrival. In addition, Cahn told reporters that his congregation had no intentions of ‘targeting’ the Jewish community and welcomed each and every one who wished to join.

Jonathan Cahn The Harbinger

Cahn wrote The Harbinger in 2011, which speaks of terrorist attacks and is a divine warning to the United States. In addition, the novel is a loosely fictional novel, rooted in the biblical analysis regarding a real-life, non-fiction connection. 

In the book, he argues that America was founded similarly to ancient Israel and the Founding Fathers envisioned a country based on the rules of God and a Light Unto the Nations.
