Every weekday morning from 4:30 to 7:00 a.m., Joe joined Jennifer Abney as her co-anchor, traffic reporter Trisha Pittman, and meteorologist Kevin Benson for the morning news. Joe also co-anchors the Channel 11 News at Noon with Peggy Finnegan, a seasoned anchor. Joe was a news anchor and reporter at WIVB-TV, a Lin Television-owned CBS station in Buffalo, New York, prior to joining WPXI-TV.
He also worked with another broadcasting veteran, Don Imus, on his radio simulcasts at MSNBC, and accompanied Tom Brokaw on his “Greatest Generation” interviews. Joe has also worked as a video rental business delivery boy in midtown Manhattan. He’s also done some door-to-door selling.
