She also led partnerships with the likes of Kylie Cosmetics, Business of Fashion and Eataly, KKW Beauty, and Nordstrom. Additionally, she has shaped the pathways of growth for several iconic brand in the industry. While growing up, she had a passion to chase the American Dream, and she was hoping to seize it in New York. While being motivated by the drive, and ambition of her uncles, she and Nitin Vadukul, who ran away from the prospect of their arranged marriages. This was in order to pursue successful career as photographers in Manhattan.
They both broke ground in the rarified and exclusionary fields of fashion and editorial photography as lensmen hailing from Indian descent, she eventually followed in their footsteps to begin her career in the fashion capital of the world.
At the moment, she runs a boutique agency called The Know that specializes in consulting newly formed brands. Asides from this, she is busy launhing her own e-commerce platform titled ŌUSHQ. This platform will launch in the fall of 2023. Ōushq aims at making South East Asian fashion more accessible.
In addition to this, she is a committed supporter of Citta, an organization founded by artist and anthropologist, Michael Daube. The organization aims at empowering girls and young women in India through community support, traditional craft, and schooling.

Taank is among the cast member of The Real Housewives of New York City Season 14 which premiered on the 16th of July every year on Bravo TV. Naturally born as a problem solver, she is always seeking for resolution. However, her British sense of humor gets lost in translation with the New York sensibilities surrounding her.
She stated on her Instagram Account on the 19th of July 2023, that one thing about her is that she is the queen of manifesting. Additionally, she stated that the day she signed to be on RHONY, she envisioned a Vogue India feature. For her, it was important to share her story with a culturally rich source which felt like home.
