The interviews became a prime-time documentary for CNN and the documentary was named “Broken Bones…Shattered Lives.” The court however made orders for James Duncan to have a hearing this fall for the determination of whether his verdict would be overturned based on new evidence that his son truly suffered from metabolic bone disease.
