Jason Statham Workout

Jason’s regimen is constantly tweaked to account for the numerous outside factors that can influence his progress. Nutrition, sleep quality, recovery, career demands, and physical injuries are just a few examples. So think of the workout that follows as a 7-day preview of Jason Statham’s ever-evolving workout.

Statham’s workout plan for the first day consists of only one exercise. Statham begins with a lightweight that is approximately 35% of his 1RM and gradually increases weight while decreasing repetitions. As the weight approaches his 1RM, which is more than twice his bodyweight, Statham’s rest between sets increases to 3 minutes. This enables near-complete recovery between lifts. Remember, these are the weights Jason employs. Individual ability should be used to determine them.

Jason Statham Diving

Statham was introduced to football by Jones, and he went on to play for the local grammar school (1978–1983), which he had attended since he was 11 years old, a passion he shared with diving. He practiced diving techniques on a daily basis and was a member of Britain’s National Swimming Squad for 12 years.

Jason Statham Homefront

He also starred as Phil Broker / Mason Christopher “M.C.” Dalton opposite James Franco in the thriller Homefront, written by Sylvester Stallone, and headlined the British thriller Hummingbird. Phil Broker is a former DEA agent who relocates with his daughter Maddy to a small Louisiana town.

Maddy gets into a fight with a bully named Teddy Klum one day at school. Teddy’s mother provokes a brawl between her husband and Broker, which Broker easily wins. Cassie later asks her drug-dealing brother Gator to intimidate Broker. Meanwhile, Broker tries to make amends with Teddy’s family, and Maddy invites Teddy to her birthday party.

Broker’s girlfriend Cassie sets off a booby trap at Gator’s warehouse, resulting in a gunfight between gang members and Broker. Broker later pays a visit to Danny T in prison, informing him that he will be present when Danny T is released. Maddy calls Broker on her cell phone and based on her descriptions, Broker realizes she has been kidnapped by Gator and sabotages his meth lab.

Jason Statham The Transporter

Statham was offered more film roles, and in 2002 he was cast as the lead role of driver Frank Martin in Luc Besson’s action film The Transporter. He has a background in Wing Chun, karate, and kickboxing. Transporter 2 was released in 2005, followed by Transporter 3 in 2008. He also appeared in Mean Machine in 2002, The Italian Job in 2003, and Cellular in 2004, where he played the main villain. Later that year, White lauded Statham’s Transporter 3 as an excellent example of kinetic pop art. It is the first installment in the Transporter franchise, and it was followed by three sequels, Transporter 2 and Transporter 3, as well as a television series.

Frank Martin is a former special operations soldier who now works as a driver/mercenary in the south of France. When transporting, he strictly adheres to three rigid rules. Frank is hired to deliver a 50 kilogram (110 pound) package to an American named Darren “Wall Street” Bettencourt. While Lai’s family is trapped in shipping containers, Frank’s hitmen launch missiles and automatic weapons at their home. The couple barely makes it to a nearby safe house via an underwater passage. Frank follows the criminals to the Marseille docks, where they load the containers onto trucks. He then steals a small plane from a farmer and takes the highway to the trucks. Frank kills Bettencourt by throwing him out of the moving truck after a long fight.

Jason Statham Fast and Furious

In Fast & Furious 6, Furious 7, The Fate of the Furious, Hobbs & Shaw, and Fast & Furious 9, he plays Deckard Shaw, Magdalene Shaw’s son, as well as Owen Shaw and Hattie Shaw’s brother. Deckard Shaw is Owen and Hattie Shaw’s oldest brother and a former British military officer and MI6 agent turned mercenary.

Deckard sought to avenge his brother Owen’s defeat at the hands of Dominic Toretto and his crew and thus appears to have killed Han Seoul-Oh, an action he later regretted. Luke Hobbs, a Diplomatic Security Service agent, later arrested him and transferred him to a maximum-security prison. In 2017, Magdalene is visited by Dominic Toretto, who asks her to help him save his son from Cipher by using her two sons, Deckard and Owen Shaw.

When Dom shoots Deckard, Tego Leo and Rico Santos load him into an ambulance and drive him away from the scene. Magdalene resurrects him, and it is revealed that he was aware of Toretto’s plan to kill him. After guilt-tripping him into using Owen, Magdalene gives him a watch that can control Cipher’s plane and Owen’s location.

Owen G. Shaw is a mercenary for hire and a former Major in the Special Air Service. Owen Shaw is the younger brother of Deckard Shaw, another mercenary, and the older brother of Hattie Shaw. He was in charge of Arturo Braga’s rise to criminal power and the assassination attempt that nearly killed Letty Ortiz. He later recruits her into his team of skilled criminals with the common goal of collecting a variety of military hardware in order to build a Nightshade device and sell it to the highest bidder.

Hattie Shaw is the younger sister of Deckard and Owen Shaw and an MI6 agent. She was forced to inject herself with the virus after Eteon’s super-soldier, Brixton Lore, murdered her fellow agents while on a mission to secure The Snowflake, a pathogen created by Eteon that is capable of eradicating half of humanity.
