Prior to joining 12 New, Kagol worked at WEYI/WSMH NBC25/Fox66 in Flint, MI, where he was the Chief Meteorologist. Before that, he served as a morning meteorologist at WFTX FOX 4, in Cape Coral, Florida. Earlier in his career, Kagol worked as Chief Meteorologist at KIFI, Local News 8, the ABC affiliate, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and as Morning and Noon and then Chief Meteorologist at KEYC TV 12, the CBS/Fox duopoly in North Mankato, MN.
During his free time, Kagol enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, biking, and skiing. He is also a huge animal lover and has 3 dogs and 3 cats. He is also very much active when it comes to his social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter as well as Instagram.
