Allen serves at WGNO as the Chief Meteorologist. Before joining WGNO, he was working in Sioux City, Iowa, where he was beginning his career as a meteorologist. Allen’s passion for weather began at a young age when he used to watch severe weather, as well as thunderstorms and in the winter, he hoped to get a day off school from snow.
