He began the Life Changers International Church in 1992, which is a multicultural faith church. In 1993, the church was incorporated, and in September 1996, the church opened its Barrington Hills campus. Furthermore, in 1998, The Life Changers’ downtown Chicago satellite campus was started.
In addition, he began his television ministry in 1998, and later in 2004, he opened a new ministry world headquarters in Hoffman Estates which is a 160,000-square-foot facility located on 30 acres, incorporating a sanctuary, prayer center, gymnasium, and radio and TV studio.
Furthermore, the campus also houses the Valeo Academy, a K-12 Christian school. The school is currently part of the Association of Christian Schools International and was founded in 2005. In addition, in 2005, he also did begin the Ask the Pastor radio show which airs live for an hour daily.
