Moreover, he also enclosed the inauguration of Pope Francis and the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. In 2008, 2004, and 2012, he enclosed and contributed to FNC’s live coverage of the presidential elections.
Before working at FNC, Jarrett worked at MSNBC where he served as a correspondent as well as an anchor. During his tenure working at MSNBC, he enclosed the terrorist attacks on 9/11, the Israeli/Palestinian dispute, and the presidential election from Tallahassee, FL in 2000. Prior to working at MSNBC, he worked at Court TV where he served as an anchor for about nine years.
Jarrett kickstarted his TV career working at KCSM-TV (PBS) based in San Francisco, CA where he served as a producer and anchor. He left KCSM-TV and joined WMDT-TV (ABC 9) in Salisbury, MD where he served as a reporter and anchor. He, later on, joined KSNW-TV (NBC 3) in Wichita, KS where he served as an anchor. Prior to his journalism career, he worked as an adjunct law professor and defense attorney for several years.
