Frank Billingsley is an American award-winning meteorologist and author working for KPRC-TV serving as a meteorologist. He joined KPRC 2 in Houston as chief meteorologist in February 1995.

After his stunt at WLOX in Biloxi, he moved to KTRK-TV in 1989 where he served as a chief meteorologist. From 2013 to 2014, he worked at Ecology Communcations Group Inc. where he served as a Weather Ecology Specialist.

Billingsley is also an author who authored Swabbed & Found: An Adopted Man’s DNA Journey to Discover His Family Tree (2017). He was inspired to write the book after he found his long time lost parents. Whenever he is not working he enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends.
