In the year 2002, he was honored with an Emmy for his hard work and dedication to excellence in broadcasting, for “best investigative report.” For “Best Television Series” in the years 2003, 2002, and 2001, he was honored with the St. Louis Black Journalism Awards. Davis also has earned multiple Emmy nominations. Additionally, Davis holds the National Black Journalist Award and Illinois Broadcaster’s Award for best TV series.
