She went to the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism where she attained her degree in Broadcasting. When it comes to her profession, Cook serves as the main anchor of the 5 pm and 11 pm newscasts. Prior to this role, she served as the night-side reporter and 5 p.m. co-anchor in which she enclosed the chaotic Occupy march. She got a raise in 2013 as a co-anchor of the station’s 11 p.m. edition alongside Ken Bastida.
