Before going to 9NEWS, he spent 3 and a half years covering news in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at FOX23. There Eddie reported on several tornadoes, massive floods, and the redevelopment of one of Oklahoma’s oldest industrial cities.
Before moving to a green country Randle spent four years working at the station he grew up watching, KFDX3 News in Wichita Falls, TX. Some may say he has a love for severe weather since Eddie spent so many years in Tornado alley, but he is happy to trade in storms for snow. As a kid, Eddie always knew he wanted to be a journalist. His first taste of it came when Randle began delivering the morning announcements on-air in the 8th grade!.
Randle also minored in Vocal and Performing Arts Music and sang with many musical groups and the university concert for four years. Eddie was also blessed with the opportunity to sing with the Jefferson Street Baptist Choir at Carnegie Hall in New York. When Eddie not working you can find him exploring the wonderful city with his beautiful dog Sophie. He is so happy and thrilled to be learning about Colorado.

He got heavier in middle school, and as Randle entered high school, he weighed in at over 300 pounds. His appearance didn’t tell him the entire truth. He was happy, friendly, and social on the outside, but inside, that was not his reality. His parents tried everything to help him lose weight. His first diet was as early as second grade. Randle even gave sports a try, but that did not work either.
