Additionally, she works as a Morning News Anchor/producer for KLTV News since December 2011. Here, she has the privilege to anchor morning newscasts for the dominant station, KLTV. Additionally, she produces segments and stories for the show daily. In addition, she led and managed a team of editors, reporters, producers, and directors.
Prior to this, she worked with 12 Media KXII in Sherman Texas from January 2011 to December 2011. Here, she had the privilege to anchor weekend evening newscasts and create content for the stations’ broadcast, website, and social media platforms. She is a proud alumnus of Texas Christian University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast journalism. There, she studied from the year 2004 to 2008. In her career as a journalist, she is proud of being able to tell stories that everyone should know about, show people their best, and educate her viewers. In addition, in her life, she is proud of volunteering with Meals on Wheels and mentoring young girls. Asides from his current working station, she gets her news from NBC News, ABC News, and BBC. In the Kansas City Area, she loves checking out all the amazing restaurants.
During her leisure, she loves the jazz district & First Fridays and is a huge TCU Football & Dallas Cowboys fan. Among her favorite movies includes Pride and Prejudice. Additionally, she loves all music except for heavy metal. She goes ahead to say that she can not live without SleepCycle, Nike Training Club, and Netflix.
