Prior to moving to Michigan, he had spent about three years as the Evening Meteorologist for WFOR-TV in Miami. While there, he covered both Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Harvey. Previously, he also worked for WRGB News in Albany, New York, and started his career in Des Moines, Iowa at WOI.
Asides from this, he has done the weather for National Television Shows such as Good Morning America Sunday and CBS News Saturday Morning. In the years 2007 and 2008, he was privileged to win MAB Awards for “Best Weather.” Asides from this, he received an Emmy Award for the Lion King Special.
He brings the weather news with an engaging smile and a special brand of humor to his forecasts. Asides from this, he states that he likes to laugh and tries to find humor in most situations. When there is nasty weather, he states that it is his priority to make sure views are safe and informed.
