Later that month, he started anchoring the weathercasts on NBC’s “News 4 New York at Noon.” Before Price joined NBC 4, he worked for CBS News where his weathercasts appeared on “The Early Show.” At the same time, he co-anchored WNYW – FOX 5’s “Good Day New York.”
At CBS News, he also served as a primary fill-in co-host and the daily forecaster for Harry Smith. There he reported on significant weather events such as Hurricane Katrina. During the holiday season, he traveled to Kuwait, Iraq, Djibouti, and Afghanistan, as well as to military installations across the world for over 10 years, to perform comedy for the United States troops.
Price has worked for WBBM-TV, a CBS affiliate in Chicago, Illinois as a feature reporter and morning weather anchor, for 2 years. He has also hosted the morning show, “Good Day Philadelphia,” at WTXF-TV, a FOX affiliate in Pennsylvania, for a year.
Price is a strong supporter and volunteer of children’s charities throughout the Tri-State area. Among his volunteering, he serves at the Inner-City Foundation of Fairfield County and works on the advisory board of the Africa Foundation. Besides being a journalist, Price is also a licensed pilot and a certified scuba diver.
