Terlecki is a reporter, anchor, and producer at WAOW. She joined the station in July 2015 and serves as a News Director. Terlecki originally joined WAOW News 9 as a Multimedia Journalist in 2015. She has worked her way up through the rank from Multimedia Journalist to Weekend Anchor, to Executive Producer and Sunday Anchor, to Assistant News Director, to the current position, News Director, a position she took over in 2021.
In the course of her time in college, she got a chance to work with WGN-TV and Comcast SportsNet as an intern. During that time, she was able to learn from some of the best in the business. She also worked for Good Day DePaul as an anchor, producer, and reporter.
During her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, watching the Chicago Blackhawks, as well as being outdoors. She has worked as a manager and a reporter in Central Wisconsin for years and she is very grateful.
