Cowherd serves at FOX Sports as the host of The Herd with Colin Cowherd on Fox Sports Radio and Fox Sports 1. He was also a host of Speak For Yourself on FS1. On weekdays, Cowherd’s three-hour sports talk show, THE HERD WITH COLIN COWHERD, airs on both FS1 and the FOX Sports Radio Network. THE HERD can also be found on www.FOXSportsRadio.com and www.FOXSports.com, as well as a dedicated iHeartRadio station that broadcasts live and all day.

He also contributes to coverage of many of FOX Sports’ marquee events and appears on FOX NFL KICKOFF, the Sunday morning NFL pregame show that leads into FOX NFL SUNDAY. He was the host of ESPN Radio’s “The Herd with Colin Cowherd,” which aired weekdays across the country and was simulcast on ESPNU. Cowherd hosted “The Herd,” a popular three-hour morning drive show on KFXX 910-AM in Portland, Oregon, before joining ESPN.

Cowherd also hosted “Colin’s New Football Show” on ESPN2 in 2013 and 2014, as well as a number of other ESPN2 and ESPNU shows. He was the first co-host of ESPN2’s “SportsNation.” Cowherd joined ESPN Radio in 2004 when his show debuted on the West Coast as an hour-long broadcast. For KGW Northwest NewsChannel 8, he also hosted weeknight sports and Sports Sunday. Cowherd has also worked as a sports anchor at WTVT-TV in Tampa, where he won a local Sports Emmy for “Buc Sunday,” and as a sports director at KVBC-TV in Las Vegas, where he won multiple Nevada Sportscaster of the Year awards.

He began his career as the play-by-play announcer for the Las Vegas Stars of the Pacific Coast League. Cowherd’s first book, “You HERD Me!” was a “New York Times” bestseller in 2013, spending five weeks in hardcover on the list. In October 2015, he published his second book, “Raw: My 100 percent Grade-A, Unfiltered, Inside Look at Sports.” Rogue Ales & Spirits, based in Newport, Ore., teamed up with Cowherd to release the “Blunt N’ Bitter” microbrew, which became the official beverage of Cowherd and THE HERD in August 2015.
