Robinson serves at CBS as a Senior Executive Vice President of Communications for CBS News. In this position, Robinson oversees the day-to-day community relations operations of CBS News and the public affairs and communications policy. It plays a critical role in leading all public relations activities of the Division to strengthen and extend the reach of its broadcast and digital brands.
Previously, besides being a member of the corporate management committee, she led marketing and public affairs roles for both CNN networks and multimedia channels. She also ran crisis relations, creative social media integrations, and brand marketing promotions for CNN programming and CNN.com during her time at CNN (1999-2013).
Robinson served as Chief Operations Officer for Tribune Media (2013-2015), managing all strategic communications operations for its television and multimedia properties during the time of spin-off publishing and corporate acquisitions.
For her education, she graduated from William & Mary College in 2005 with a double degree in Psychology and English. Robinson received her JD from Villanova University School of Law and proceeded through the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Examinations.
