Devine went to the University of Texas at El Paso where she attained her degree in Elementary Education. The Arizona Monsoon Season, which occurs during the summer months, is Caribe’s favorite part of her job as a meteorologist. Caribe’s main goal is to provide the public with the information they need to stay safe, from record-breaking heat to massive dust storms and violent and torrential thunderstorms.
