Brianna Keilar is an Australian-born American news anchor working at CNN where she co-anchors New Day 6-9 am. with John Berman on CNN. Prior to becoming CNN anchor, Keilar worked for CNN in Washington as a White House correspondent, Congressional correspondent, senior political correspondent, and general assignment correspondent. Before that, she worked as a national correspondent at CNN Newsource which is also in Washington. Prior to New Day, Keilar was the host of CNN Right Now alongside Brianna Keilar.

Keilar started her on-air career at the CBS affiliate KIMA, in Yakima, Washington. She as well co-hosted the morning drivetime show Billy, Blue, and Brianna, too: The Morning Zoo on KFFM. Later, Keilar moved to CBS News, where she worked as a reporter, an anchor, and producer for a CBS newscast that went on-air on MTVU, MTV’s college network.
