Ashley Kewish is an American Emmy award-winning News Anchor/Reporter who is well-known for having worked at KSL-TV (NBC Affiliate) in Salt Lake City, Utah. She joined the station in December 2005.
Ashley Kewish Career
Kewish served at KSL-TV as a weekend reporter and anchor. Her assignments had taken her throughout the world–most recently to Rio de Janeiro for the Summer Olympics and to Mali, West Africa for documentary work highlighting the critical poverty and dangerous living conditions in the country.
She was recognized by The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for her work on KSL’s Wednesday’s Child segments, where she shares the stories of children living in the Utah foster care system. Kewish currently sits on the Advisory Board for The Adoption Exchange, a group that works to find perpetual homes for children living in state custody.
She enjoys the opportunity to cover the lighter side of news from time to time. Kewish can be seen covering the Sundance Film Festival each year, more recently, and reported live from the red carpet of the Golden Globes in Los Angeles.
