Anthony worked for AccuWeather, designing graphics and working behind the scenes for their national cable weather programs, before coming home to Rhode Island. Following college, Anthony’s first employment was as a morning meteorologist at WAGM in Presque Isle, Maine. Anthony kept busy forecasting endless snowstorms while also reporting on agriculture and recreation in the area while in “The County.”
Anthony is a member of the National Weather Association and the American Meteorological Society. These memberships stem from Anthony’s time as president of the local chapter in Lyndon, where he led members throughout the year and chaired the Northeastern Storm Conference. Though work never stops because the weather is always changing, Anthony may be found riding bikes or snowmobiles, watching Boston sports, or enjoying some of the best Italian food Rhode Island has to offer, thanks to his family and local eateries.
