She has also served this community once again in South Florida. Before she joined CBS12 she worked for WCTI serving as an anchor for the morning news for three and a half hours, Monday through Friday in New Bern, North Carolina. She silences her 3 a.m. alarm and returns to South Florida, where she can be near her family in Miami. From October 2018 to December 2019 she worked for WCJB TV20 serving as a reporter and weekend anchor in Gainesville, Florida.
Based on her relationship with the locals, found sources, conducted research, and started stories while she was there. Furthermore, for up to five different live daily broadcasts, teases, writes, edits, shoots, and delivers several tales. She also worked as a co-producer, and weekend broadcasts at 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. are annotated. She also creates technology, a culinary section each week, and hosts. Also, she researched, covered breaking news live, MMJing every live shot all duties of the morning live shot reporter in the past, and set up live interviews.
She worked in live reporting and story production for the two-hour morning broadcast, evening broadcasts, and as well as afternoon. She was also a person anchor assigned to fill in for the morning and afternoon programs. In addition to that, her duties as the weekend anchor include researching stories, co-producing the newscasts at six and eleven o’clock, and revising scripts. While she was in Gainesville, she discovered her love for telling human interest stories and interacting with the community both on and off camera.
