She has also won a Murrow Award and an EMMY Award, in addition to multiple Associated Press and Michigan Association of Broadcasters awards.
She worked for WWTV/WFQX as a live morning feature reporter and nightside general assignment reporter. From January 2009 to May 2009 she worked for Garden Grove Channel 3 as a general assignment reporter for the city-run weekly newscast, turning one news package per week. He also worked for KNBC as a Special Projects and Investigations intern. Jokich helped to produce and write investigative stories, performed undercover investigation surveillance, and wrote web copy for NBCLosAngeles.com.
Jokich worked for NBC Chicago in the Greater Chicago Area and served as a Health Unit Intern at NBC Chicago in the Greater Chicago Area for four months. While she was there, she helped write and produce health-related news packages. She also researched medical reports, made calls to physicians, scientists, and patients, and assisted in the creative development of stories in the field.
