Curry serves at FOX Sports as the TV host and reporter, covering the LA Angels, LA Kings, College Football on FOX, and the US Women’s National Soccer Team, while also serving as a fill-in host on Undisputed. During the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup FranceTM, she will be embedded with the United States Women’s National Team and will contribute to the network’s additional soccer and college football coverage. She also covers the Los Angeles Angels and Los Angeles Kings for FOX Sports West and fills in as a host on FS1 studio programming.
Curry obtained a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication studies with a minor in marketing from San Diego State University. She started working behind the scenes for the Joe Lewis Production Company and Fuel TV during her time at SDSU. Curry worked as a production assistant on “Last Call with Carson Daly” and as the talent manager for ESPN’s X Games after graduation, as well as filling in as a host on “Fuel TV Download” and “E! News Now.”
Curry spent a month in China in 2011 for FOX College Sports, covering the World University Games. She went on to cover the Pro Beach Volleyball Series for NBC Sports and the Red Bull Signature Series for NBC Sports a year later. She was also a sideline reporter for the CIF-SS football game of the week on FOX Sports West and FS1 and hosted “Tailgate 48” on Big Ten Network. Curry also covered the Super Bowl XLVIII Celebrity Beach Bowl for Direct TV in New York City. Curry became the host of “Angels Weekly” and “Kings Weekly” on FOX Sports West in 2012.
Curry’s role as a reporter for both the Angels and Kings telecasts was expanded in 2014, and she was part of the broadcast team that covered the Kings’ 2014 Stanley Cup championship. Curry has received three Telly Awards for her work on the broadcast crews of the Angels and Kings. She was also a co-host on USA Network’s “American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja.” Curry started playing soccer when he was five years old and went on to play club and varsity soccer for Mira Costa High School. She went on to compete at SDSU, where she helped her team win the 2006 NIRSA National Championship.
She has volunteered with the Richstone Family Center’s Kids Club After School Program as a lifelong Californian. Curry also works with GrowingGreat, a non-profit organization that uses science-based garden and nutrition education to educate and encourage children to grow up healthy.
