She began working with the KTAB news team in March 2012 and as of the moment, she serves as the weekend anchor and reporter. She attended Coppell High school where she schooled from 2011 to 2015 and graduated proudly. Later on, she joined the University of Oklahoma where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Communications.
While she was in the University, she was actively involved with OU which was the student’s nightly newscast. In addition, she was also involved with the Oklahoma Broadcast’s Culb for a period of four years.
Furthermore, in society, she has been involved with the Association of Women in Sports Media for three years. While she served as an anchor at OU Nightly, she did a report that received recognition during the 2019 Festival of Media Arts as the Best of Festivals for the Student News Competition.
In June 2018, she interned at KOKH Fox 25. While she was in the station, she served as a reporter. In addition, she also interned at KOCO 5 where she also served as a reporter.
