Nunez serves at KPLC as a reporter and anchor of sports at KPLC 7 Sports. Before joining KPLC, he was a Louisiana State University student. At the university, he graduated with a minor in business as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. He worked for the university’s student-run TV station for 2 years throughout his time there, as a sports anchor, reporter, and director as well. In addition, he served at Tiger TV holding the same positions. Also, he interned at WWL-TV, a CBS-affiliated television station located in New Orleans during the summer of 2019.
While at WWL-TV, he covered everything from the 2019 to 2020 LSU Football National Championship team, to the New Orleans Saints training camp. Also, he covered the 2019 Baton Rouge Super Regional.
During his leisure, he likes golfing and whining about injuries that have prevented him from participating in college athletics. This is similar to every other mediocre high school athlete.
