Duthiers’ study investigating the origins of Muslim terrorism in the turbulent suburbs of Paris and Brussels following the organized terrorist attacks in France that killed 130 people in November 2015 was the first documentary of the CBSN Originals series. He was also nominated for the SPJ Sigma Delta Chi Award for his profile on Inside International Basketball Player Sebastien Bellin’s extraordinary eight-month survival path after being nearly killed in the attack in Brussels, Belgium, in March 2016.
